Providing Compassionate Support for Women

Sarah offers practical, evidence-based care that helps women who are navigating unwanted sexual behaviors, compulsive patterns, or struggles related to sexuality and intimacy. She understands that these experiences can often bring feelings of shame, confusion, or isolation, and she strives to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and hope.

Guiding Young Adults through Depression & Life Transitions

Sarah also enjoys supporting young adults as they navigate the unique challenges of their vocational, relational, and personal development. She recognizes that young adulthood often brings important questions about identity, relationships, faith, purpose, and the transition into greater independence. In therapy, Sarah helps young adults slow down, understand themselves more deeply, and develop the confidence and practical tools needed to navigate change.

Meeting You Where You Are

It matters deeply to Sarah that she can help clients reconnect with their values, strengthen their relationships, and grow into the person they are called to be. Meet with Sarah to learn more about how she can support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

How Sarah Approaches Therapy

Sarah considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals during seasons of life that feel uncertain, tender, or transformative. Her approach to therapy is deeply shaped by her belief in the importance of accompaniment—meeting clients with presence, care, and respect as they navigate meaningful transitions. Sarah’s passion for this work grew through years of supporting young adults in a college setting, where she witnessed both the courage it takes to seek help and the profound impact of receiving support during the formative years of emerging adulthood.

In sessions, Sarah balances emotional exploration with practical tools, helping clients develop deeper self-understanding while learning to respond to life’s challenges with intention, resilience, and self-compassion.

It's okay—and normal—to feel unsure about therapy

We understand that pursuing counseling is a leap of faith. Your mental and emotional struggles may be brand new, or maybe they've been around as long as you can remember. Either way, it can be hard to believe in what Catholic counseling can offer and put yourself out there.

No matter your past, your future is full of hope for something better. At Ora et Labora Catholic Counseling, we are committed to you wherever you are starting. We believe that you can begin again anytime, and we're here to help you believe that, too.
