  • Intake sessions are $200, and all other sessions are $185. Sliding scale fees are available.

    While I do not directly offer assistance with insurance, I can provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network benefits. This is not a guarantee of coverage, so please check with your insurance provider regarding your policy.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes in length and typically scheduled weekly.

  • All sessions are provided via telehealth video through a secure, HIPAA compliant portal.

    I am available between 10am-4pm most weekdays.

  • I specialize in working with clients from the Catholic faith primarily struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and maternal mental health. I often work with individuals from various faith backgrounds, as well as Catholic or Christian clients who choose not to integrate their faith into therapy. I have experience working with clients ages 14 and above from various walks of life with a wide range of presenting problems.   • Yes! I work with many clients who are not Catholic or Christian, as well as Christians who do not want their faith integrated into therapy. Regardless of your presenting concern, it is entirely up to you whether you would like to incorporate your faith into sessions.
